Describe your style

It depends on who I feel like being! My closet is really all over the place, and I like to make sure I'm always enjoying what I wear and how I feel in what I wear. I like to mix it up.

How many piercings do you have?

16, including one smiley :)

What's your most memorable piercing experience?

Most memorable has to be getting one of my friends to pierce my second holes with a push pin during lunch break in middle school. I realize how lucky I am that it went ok but I would not recommend!

What's your daily stud look? How does jewelry play into your self-expression?

I love to play with different lengths and colors and was actually recently inspired during a Studs earscaping consultation to mix metals! I work in a place that has a dress code so my ears are one place I can get away with doing whatever I want. Also, I love that jewelry isn't limited by the weather! So I make sure to take advantage of that and wear something new every day.

What's the best advice you've ever gotten?

To just work as hard as I can and not worry too hard about the end result. As long as I can do my part there's no point in working myself up by worrying.

What are you obsessed with right now?

Experimenting more with my makeup looks! I love pushing myself to think about what's "beautiful" and what I think looks good on me, and where those two intersect.

What are you watching or reading right now?

I'm in between books currently but just finished Educated by Tara Westover! Planning on re-watching "The Florida Project" soon.

What's your party trick?

In a strange way my smiley piercing? It's a rare-ish piercing and people are often surprised at how little it hurt and the mechanics behind it.

If you could make one thing into an earring, what would be?

Definitely a book charm. I've always loved reading and I think that would be a great way to keep my passion close to me. Or maybe a locket! I used to love wearing those as necklaces.
