Describe your style
My style really depends on my mood. I love pretending as though I’m taking on different personas and characters each day, so I like to put things together the way I’d imagine the character I feel like that morning would dress. I love to have a lot of fun with my clothes, it’s a huge huge part of how I express myself.
What are you obsessed with right now?
I’ve been really obsessed with going to karaoke recently... it’s so freakin cathartic and fun if you just let yourself go all out!
What's your daily stud look? How does jewelry play into your self-expression?
I love playing with jewelry and having mismatched pieces. I don’t care about mixing metals or having pieces that necessarily “go together”. My ears look pretty different everyday. My earring collection has so much funky junk in it, sometimes I’ll just blindly grab a handful of earrings in the morning and just throw on whatever comes out of the bag that day. I treat and look at jewelry the same way I do with clothes - it’s such a major part of how I express myself and how I like to present myself to the world.
What's the best advice you've ever gotten?
Probably to really believe in myself and all of my capabilities. I’ve struggled a lot with self doubt in the past and all it did was hold me back and stop me from reaching my full potential. I’m still not fully there but as soon as that mental switch happened, things started changing in my life for the better in such exciting and self affirming ways.
What's your party trick?
I can juggle but I’m not thattt amazing at it... I can also do a mediocre Marge Simpson and Scooby Doo impression.
If you could make one thing into an earring, what would be?
Hmmm... maybe one of the funky little doodles I have in one of my notebooks
