Mini CZ Flatback Stud

I have really like flatbacks for my cartilage piercing. I find they do not get as irritated as easily and are more comfortable. It is pretty hard to put in, especially for a cartilage piercing just because it's an awkward spot inserting it from the back. I have also had to buy multiple because they get pulled out by my hair a lot easier than other studs. But I still purchase more so overall a great option.

I’ve had a tragus piercing for years but am somehow just now discovering flatbacks?? I was in search of a tiny “diamond” stud for my tragus piercing… something delicate that wouldn’t look chunky or out of place, that would compliment all of my other minimalistic piercings. I ordered a few products from competitors, but they just didn’t look right. I LOVE this one and am so happy I found it. It’s tiny and cute, and I love that it’s threadless; it makes it very easy to put in and take out. The flatback is great because I can now wear earbuds comfortably. I will never go back to butterfly backs again for my tragus piercing! I’m very happy with this purchase from Studs… I love the mini CZ design, and have had it in for almost 4 months with no issues (I have pretty sensitive ears).

I returned the flatback earring and got a butterfly back version , I don’t like flatbacks. I find them too difficult to insert, I struggled a lot. The butterfly back earrings are the only kind I know! I didn’t know there is such a thing as a flat back. I’ll stick to my butterfly back earrings! Glad Studs offers those too.
