STUDS PRODUCT RATING & REVIEW GUIDELINES

Product reviews are managed by Okendo, our third-party reviews provider, to verify authenticity and compliance with our Product Ratings & Reviews guidelines.

REVIEW GUIDELINES

At Studs, we lobe feedback and want to h(ear) your feedback. Reviewing products helps fellow earscapers shop and helps provide valuable feedback to Studs.

After you order or receive an order from Studs, you can leave comments, feedback, and rate products. When writing your review, please consider the following guidelines:

Be objective, focus on the product and your individual experience using it. Provide insightful, helpful details about why you like or dislike a product. Your review must reflect your own honest, genuine experience with a product you actually purchased or received from Studs. Do not submit fake reviews, reviews of products you have not used, or reviews created or generated by artificial intelligence to appear as a genuine customer's experience. If you have a personal or professional connection to Studs — for example, if you are a Studs employee or contractor, or an immediate family member of one — you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that connection in your review. You must be at least 13 years old to submit a review or any other feedback, consistent with our Terms of Service. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must submit the review on your behalf. All submitted reviews are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

In addition, you may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), advocating incorrect product usage or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, personal medical information, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. Only submit photos or videos that you have the right to share. Do not submit images or videos of other people — including children — without their permission, and if the content shows a minor, it may be submitted only by that minor's parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to remove, decline to publish, or — solely to redact prohibited content such as personal contact information — modify any rating or review that violates these guidelines, at any time and without notice. We do not remove, suppress, or edit reviews simply because they are negative, critical, or unfavorable to Studs. Some reviews may be flagged, reviewed, and later removed by our moderation team for violating these guidelines after previously appearing on Studs.com.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Studs a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. This means your review, and any photos or videos you submit, may be published and displayed on Studs.com, in Studs' marketing and advertising, and on third-party platforms and websites — including social media and search, shopping, and retail-partner sites — where Studs products or reviews appear. You grant Studs and its sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Studs for all claims resulting from content you supply.

Ratings and reviews are not endorsed by Studs, and do not represent the views of Studs or of any affiliate or partner of Studs. Studs does not assume liability for any ratings and reviews or for any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from or relating to ratings or reviews.

Remember, only customers who have purchased a product or received a product from Studs can leave comments, feedback and ratings.
